Was so naïve

Simply dumb
Who has the cancer?
Who has the pain?
We went to the lake
Just to shout
And to sing
We tossed pebbles
In to the deep
Dark waters
Calm and still waters
Seemed listening
When it’s ripples
Washes our feet
