I remembered reading in the news not far back about histeria in one of the schools on the east coast. The paper published in good elaboration articles relating to hiring bomohs to solve the problem. The hantu was driven away using a bus. However, the histeria did occur again.
I wanted to write something that day. I wanted to comment how vast the beliefs over bomohs there is in our community. But I decided not to, but to listen more. Islamic beliefs are not fond of the idea of bomoh but nonetheless there are many of us who would go see bomoh to settle our things or to get help.
When the news was published in our local newspaper, it reflects the actual trend of the public. The public is fond of bomoh-ships, at least they like to read about it. Not to mention there are many bomoh-related story books and tv documentaries.
Are you a believer in bomohs? Are you sure you are not? The fear is for muslims," Are we heading back to the dark ages (jahiliyyah)? By the way, we have invented a new way of making use of the Qur'aan.

The Virtues - Benjamin Franklin's Daily Checklist
Talking about quantifying virtues and making them into your habits, the article below tells us how easily they can be enforced if we want to.
These are the virtues that Benjamin Franklin used to develop what he called 'moral perfection'. He had a checklist in a notebook to measure each day how he lived up to his virtues.
1 . Temperance. Eat not to Dullness Drink not to Elevation.
2. Silence. Speak not but what may benefit others or yourself. Avoid trifling Conversation.
3. Order. Let all your Things have their Places. Let each Part of your Business have its Time.
4. Resolution. Resolve to perform what you ought. Perform without fail what you resolve.
5. Frugality. Make no Expense but to do good to others or yourself: i.e. Waste nothing.
6. Industry. Lose no Time. Be always employ'd in something useful. Cut off all unnecessary Actions.
7. Sincerity. Use no hurtful Deceit. Think innocently and justly; and, if you speak, speak accordingly.
8. Justice. Wrong none, by doing Injuries or omitting the Benefits that are your Duty.
9. Moderation. Avoid Extremes. Forbear resenting Injuries so much as you think they deserve.
10. Cleanliness. Tolerate no Uncleanness in Body, Clothes or Habitation.
11 . Tranquillity. Be not disturbed at Trifles, or at Accidents common or unavoidable.
12. Chastity. Rarely use Venery but for Health or Offspring; Never to Dullness, Weakness, or the Injury of your own or another's Peace or Reputation.
13. Humility. Imitate Jesus and Socrates.(Modify this according to your religious beliefs)

Pon, The Plain Teacher
It must have been history laid before my eyes today when I got together with a couple of my old friends after having lost contacts for over 30 years. It was an unplanned meeting to make it more interesting and I hosted them not a the hospitality of my own home but at a nasi kandar shop. That's very unpleasant of me. Yet, it is good though as I managed to gather some time on my own, a little bit away from home, to recollect the 17 year old inside me.
I met Pon and An. Those were the nicknames that meant dearly to all of us, the 1977-1981 batch.
Pon is a teacher, and an excellent one while An runs a restaurant in KL. Pon, above all is the most talkative as he has always been since school days while An interjects from time to time with his many charms. I've been a very good listener.
We sat, drinks after drinks and raced to bring back all those memories. Those fond memories rejuvinated our souls as we silently searched the 17 year old in each of us. Guess what, it didn't take that long to discover that little devil. It soon came out from the hiding of all pretense, giggling. It was a lot of fun to be able to do that.
I managed to tap plenty out from Pon as I steered the conversation into his teaching line. Most of us went abroad to further studies while Pon stayed behind to enter one of the local U's. Out of that and his experience, he is very much up to date in his techniques of teaching and it seems that he is the sole believer among other teachers that I knew of, who religiouly embraced IT to make it a tool in education. I saluted him for that.
In the bird's eye view, I asked him the reason's for the lacking of 'drive' to excel among kids these days. His answers interest me most especially when he said that the kids simply do not know what they do not know. It's a bull-eye shot which tells me as a teacher, Pon deeply understand almost the entire chemistry of a student's psychology. He added that too much entertainment laid around our kids had sort of diluted the whole goal of getting better results. And most parents simply are not able to pin-point that so to ensure they introduce some form of balance between play and study.
Right at that very minute, I knew I had something to write about. I wanted to make him my guess writer, yet the time was not quite suitable. I do hope he would accept such offer that will in turn add a little more spice to my bland blog. Afterall kids and education are among the hidden themes of my writings.
To Pon, a great friend, a plain teacher stands out the most these days. Just like a 'plain man'.

The Olympics - Women's Soccer
The women's soccer semi-final interest me so much that I was glued to my seat all night to watch 2 semi-finals. Brazil vs Germany and the other one was USA vs Japan. These are the young girls from 4 different corners of the world and of different cultures. I learnt a lot. Plus, it was a lot more fun watching them play comparing to any national, world or professional male soccer. These are some of the reasons.
They chased the ball more intensely as compared to men.
They all carried out total denfensive strategy where the striker was the first line of defense.
Their tackles were fair and they did not like to commit fouls
They hardly talk back to the refferee, not to mention giving her the F word.
They did not 'dive' or intentionally hurt any other player
They pass the ball a lot quicker than male players
They attacked in total
They never get tired and never get emotional
They played simple football, opened space better than men
They sticked to the strategy the coach told them
When trailing, they did not get frustrated or demoralized easily.
Their game was faster as compared to men's football.
The matches caught my attention because in football, if a team is playing a simple and fast game, it will be very interesting. From there, we can expect to see many goals.

The Olympics - Men Badminton Singles
I was away from the PC for 3 days. The kids are on their school break now, therefore the internet has been in their total control since Friday of last week. Well, I was left with no choice but to back off and gathered myself in front of the tv and watched the olympics.
I watched CW Lee against Ling Dan on men's single finals. Then I caught up with 2 semi-final soccer matches. Germany played against Brazil and the other one was USA versus Japan. Yeap, I watched young ladies playing soccer and I learnt a lot!
When CW played Ling Dan, he seemed to play against a 1.5 person at least. Well perhaps playing on his home ground gave Ling Dan a better advantage, yet I just could not comprehend how would Ling Dan be able to read CW's moves at least 2 to 3 steps ahead. In many occassions, he intercepted CW ball, whether the latter was dropping or lobbing the ball to the base line, and simply gave a quick, hard flick-smash. He read the moves ahead.
While he is no more than a little better built than CW, you could see him only once having to throw his body to return CW's smash. However, CW had been diving or sliding to take his ball.
This is how advanced China training has been to the point that they became good anticipators!Wow, what do they do? Meditation? Or there is a new kung fu badminton coming about?
And in either case, congratulations CW.

Sincerity in Islam
In the tribe of Bani Israel, there once lived a pious worshipper. One day, the people informed him that at a certain location, there existed a tree that was being worshipped by a tribe. When he heard this, the man flew into a rage, picked up his axe and set out to cut down the tree.
Shaitan, appearing before him in the form of an old man, asked, "Where are you headed for?" Pious worshipper replied, "I intend to cut down the tree, which is being worshipped so that the people worship Allah (SWT) instead."
"Hold yourself till you hear what I have to say," said Shaitan to him.
The pious worshipper urged him to carry on. Shaitan continued, "Allah (SWT) has His own Prophets and if it had been essential to cut down the tree, He would have sent them to perform the task."
However, the pious worshipper did not agree with Shaitan and continued on his way.
"There is no way I shall let you do it," said Shaitan angrily, and he began to wrestle with the pious worshipper. In the ensuing contest, the pious worshipper hurled Shaitan onto the ground.
"Wait! I have something else to say to you", pleaded Shaitan.
"Listen! You are a poor man. If you could possess some wealth by means of which you could give alms to the other worshippers it would be much better than cutting the tree. If you refrain from cutting the tree, I shall place two dinars beneath your pillow everyday."
The pious worshipper said thoughtfully, "If you speak the truth, I shall give one dinar in charity while the other dinar I shall put to my use. This is better than cutting down the tree; in any case, I have neither been ordered to perform this task nor am I a Prophet to burden myself with unnecessary grief and anxiety."
Thus, pious worshipper acceded to the request of Shaitan who left him alone. For two days, he received the two dinars and utilized them, but on the third day, there was no sign of the dinars. Upset and distressed, he picked up his axe and set out to cut down the tree.
On the way, pious worshipper encountered Shaitan, who asked him: "Where are you headed for?"
"I am going to cut that tree." Replied pious worshipper
"There is no way you are going to do it," said Shaitan
Once again they began to contest, but this time Shaitan overcame him and hurling him to the ground, ordered, "Turn back or I shall sever your head from your body."
The pious worshipper said, "Leave me alone and I shall return, but tell me, how was it that I had managed to overcome you on the previous occasion?"
Shaitan answered, "On that occasion, you had set out only for Allah (SWT) and you were sincere in your intention as a result of which, Allah (SWT) subjugated me for you, but this time you were angry for your own self and for your dinars and so I could overpower you."
'By Your Glory, I shall seduce all of them (children of Adam) except Your sincere servants among them'. Noble Qur'an (38:82-3)

2008 - The Feng Shuey
No matter what the fortune tellers may have foretold before the arrival of the dawn of 2008, I bet nothing like what is currently happening in our country appeared in any of their radar screens. Well, these fortune tellers, they are good in making predictions only surrounding the less specific spots. I don't know about you but I heard nothing about major fights and unrest.
These are the little summations I made personally on the numbers.
1) So much so with the prosperous '8'. Due to 2 entities, the wealth is being shoved aside, resulting more in losses and wastages. The two 0s, appeared dominant to support my statement since from the entire appearance of 2008 in digit's form, an 8 is 2 stacked zeroes. Now this gets more complicated and fancy.
2) Added all up, it gives you a 10. Telling much about the divine. Much seen so far as if there is a sort of a divine intervention towards a certain inconsistencies we developed in our society. Well, God has decided to intervene, now.It also represents an emergence of a scenario that will give rise to a certain 'life or death' situation.Usually under the terms of God intervention, there is an association to a war. The war is between the good and the evil.
3) 2008 does not show signs of broken fragments of a society. In fact, the very essence arrangement of its form shows that the entire country is still in tact, at least at it's very base.
4) However, there will be a dramatic change at the closure of the year. I do not intend to imply this in relation to any current happening but there will be a change.
Now the number 2009 appears on my crystal ball. Wanna find out the outcome? Well, you'll have to wait for the next edition of The Feng Shuy. But you can expect a better year where strength is build everywhere, in many aspects with an emergence a power from a 'couple'. Next year, the power will be single-sidedly dominated. Some form of 'elimination' will also take place, nonetheless.
Well, these are solely from the numbers.

TDM To Migrate??
I am trying my best not to write political stuff in my blog. But today I just can't help it. 'TDM would rather migrate if DSAI becomes the PM'.
1) After leaving UMNO, now TDM threatens to leave the country. It seems that all these current happenings are becoming more personal than political.
2) TDM had done a great deal to the country. Some of us may criticise him but the fact is that alone, TDM managed to bring our country to certain heights. His experience and leadership could help the country, only if leaders and politicians are being positive.
3) TDM is like a father to us and to many ministers and politicians. Even if there could be crisis among the leaders and him, there are certainly times where we need to put all those aside and work together towards a better future. Afterall, consolation is the thing we've been preaching on our kids. Let us remind ourselves now.
4) In Malaysian politics, we never had collaboration. If a leader's term expires, we leave him and all the knowledge he has to expire too. It looks like with a new leader, we are opening a new chapter or even a new book. There will no continuity and the growth of our country will be stunted.
5) All of the above tell us how much politics and power in our country has become a personal stuff.

The Silence of the Silent
Up to now, will the many and the silent decide to go out in the open or will they continue to withdraw themselves even further. They seem to survive the entire confusion for half a year, and right now very close to discover 'the new vision', beyond both friends and foes. The call to crack them open their mouths will not be successful, and their strength and steadfastness grew in doubles, by minutes.
Listen (By Idris Shah)
Listen to a friend, and hear a distorted idea of yourself.
Listen to your enemy, and also hear something distorted.
Friendship is to help us survive and to strengthen us.
Opposition makes us stronger.
When we have survived and have been strengthened - there
is another version than that of the friend or of the enemy.
This is the Higher Vision.
The value of the Dwelling lies in the Dweller.

Refresher on Virtues - Islam
In case you want to understand deeper..
In case you have forgotten..
In Islamic faith, the Quran is comprised of the words of God.
God is the great repository of all virtue in earthly form.
The Prophet is the exemplar of virtue in human form.
The very name of Islam, meaning "acceptance," is related to the virtue of submission to the will of God.
2 among 99 God’s attributes are mercy and compassion
The Muslim scriptures urge compassion towards captives as well as to widows, orphans and the poor.
Zakat, a toll tax to help the poor and needy, was obligatory upon all Muslims.
One of the practical purposes of fasting during the month of Ramadhan is to help one empathize with the hunger pangs of those less fortunate, to enhance sensitivity to the suffering of others and develop compassion for the poor and destitute.
Other Muslim virtues are:
Prayer, repentance, honesty, loyalty, sincerity, frugality, prudence, moderation, self-restraint, discipline, perseverance, patience, hope, dignity, courage, justice, tolerance, wisdom, good speech, respect, purity, courtesy, kindness, gratitude, generosity and contentment

Beneficial Knowledge - From The Qur'an
Everything has its indications and signs. Indications that knowledge is beneficial are that it leads to fine character, good manners and praiseworthy attributes.
In this regard it was said: "He whose knowledge doesn’t cause him to weep, can be justifiably considered not to have been granted beneficial knowledge, since Allah described the people of knowledge saying:
'Say believe in it (the Qur’aan) or do not believe. Verily! Those who were given knowledge before it, when it is recited to them, fall down on their faces in humble prostration. And they say: "Glory be to our Lord! Truly, the Promise of our Lord must be fulfilled." And they fall down on their faces weeping and it adds to their humility.'" [Al-Israa’ (17):107-109]
Thus knowledge carries its possessor towards humility, prostration, crying, calling oneself to account and truthfulness with Allaah.
Indeed crying is the clearest sign and best proof of the knowledge one possesses and of a person’s truthfulness. What is the benefit of knowledge a person learns, if it doesn’t lead him to crying, humbleness, penitence and good dealings with the people?
Is not the possessor of knowledge one who knows most about his Lord?
Has he not read about His Exalted, Perfect, Lofty Attributes that which causes his heart to humble and his eyes to shed tears?
Has he not read in the Book of Allah and in the sayings of the Messenger of Allaah, (pbuh), texts pertaining to the Fire, the terror in the grave and the fearful accounts of the Resurrection because of which mountains are humbled out of the fear of Allaah?
So compare your position to this – may Allaah have mercy upon us. And don’t forget the virtuous saying, "He who’s knowledge doesn’t cause him to weep, can be justifiably considered not to have been granted beneficial knowledge."
(The Indications of Beneficial Knowledge-Shaykh Husayn al-Awaaishah)
In this regard it was said: "He whose knowledge doesn’t cause him to weep, can be justifiably considered not to have been granted beneficial knowledge, since Allah described the people of knowledge saying:

Conduct and Morals
Some of the Prophet's (pbuh) Conduct and Morals that we can all take example from:
He had a smiling face.
He was also wise, discerning and patient.
Severe trials used to make him stronger.
He was the most disinterested in the worldly pleasures.
He was the example of modesty.
He was kind to all, he used to walk in the markets and sit on earth.
He was distinguished from his Companions only with shyness and silence.
One of the Prophet’s most honourable attributes was his extreme tolerance.
The Arabs showed him hatred and animosity but that made him kinder and more merciful.
He showed neither wrath nor vengeance but for Allah’s sake.
He fulfilled the promise and kept the covenant.
The extreme wisdom and the comprehensive knowledge that surprised his contemporaries.
The strong capacity to learn by heart, he forgets not even a single information as regards his Message.
He explained his laws and teachings with very clear proofs.
He incided his people for virtues and good conduct, and interdicted jealousy, hatred and all that is abominable.
He gave a clear answer whenever asked and a strong proof whenever he argued.
He kept his tongue from altering or perverting speech, till he became known as truthful.
He expressed what he wanted in a perfect manner.
He was the most eloquent person who had clear meanings and lucid words.
He had good conduct.
Merciful
His law is a just one.
He took from this world just what is sufficient.
He explained his teachings and the rule of worship in such a clear manner.
Inviting to the religion with arguments
Readiness to fight the enemies till he was victorious.
His courage in fighting and strong desire to rescue the needy and the frightened.
His exemplary generosity.

The Migration
The Migration of Prophet Muhammad, peace be upon him, was one of the most important event in the history of Mankind. 'Umar had recognised the importance of this great event and regarded the Day of Migration as a beginning of the Islamic Calendar. [Calender conversion].
The Unbelievers intensified their resistance to the Prophet and his divine Message, and finally plotted to murder the Messenger of God in a desperate attempt to put an end to the Message of God. In the night of Migration, the Unbelievers surrounded the house of Muhammad, to execute their crime.
Long before, a similar plot was put into action against Jesus Christ, peace be upon him, but God saved his Messenger and raised him up unto Himself. Though Jesus' mission was not to establish the kingdom of God on earth as the case in the time of Muhammad.
God guided Muhammad through this tight siege and started his Migration with his favoured companion Abu Bakr, leaving Ali in his bed behind him to deceive the conspirators.
Before taking up the route to Medina, Muhammad and his companion went to hide in a cave by the side of Thawr Mount in the suburb of Makkah. This Qur'anic Verse reveals that most extraordinary moments between the Prophet and his companion under the protection and guardianship of God.
The soldires were closely searching by the cave for the Prophet. But, God's forces were more effective; before approaching the cave, a spider quickly built his weak net covering the entrance of the cave to deceive the soldiers and drive them away from the cave.
The Prophet and his companion remained for a few days in the cave before pursuing the coastal route heading to Yathrib (later, Madina) in the North. It is there, the Prophet built his Mosque, established his state and spread the religion of God.
Then, moved back to liberate Makkah from the Pagans and cleanse the Sacred House from the Polytheism.

The Pharaoh's Materialism
Pharaoh's materialism blocked his mind from thinking rationally.
He thought that building a palace or a tower would enable him to reach the heavens and to know the God of Moses.
What Pharaoh was doing is no difference than that of throwing a little stone into the oceans in a hope to detect a raise in the oceans' level with the naked eye.
His arrogance and egotism had led to accuse God's messenger, Moses, as a liar.
Pharaoh's plots turned against him and gained nothing but utter destruction

The Judge of The 'Day'
Hey Judge, take a look....
The reason behind Man's creation
would not be complete
without the Day of Judgment.
The creation of Man,
followed by receiving God's teaching
through the revelations and prophecy,
and abiding by His guidance
and teaching in this probationary life,
all these pre-arrangements
are meant to stand before God
to be judged
for all deeds done by Man.
That Day
will every soul be requited
for what it earned;
no injustice will there be that Day,
for God is Swift in taking account.

The Law, The Book and God
Have muslims been forgetting that....
The Book of God
is simply a Book of Guidance
for all Mankind
to live in peace and harmony
with others in a just society
where Laws can be liberated
from Man's desires and uncertainty
to God's perfect knowledge.
God's teaching started with Adam
and completed by the Qur'an,
the last of the Holy Books.
Prior to Qur'an,
God has sent down other revelations
such as the Laws, the Psalms and the Gospel.
The revelation of the Book is from God the Exalted in Power, full of Wisdom.

The '3'
Who is the most powerful person right now in our country? It will be very difficult to answer because there is no winner just yet. So, let us address this question in an abstract manner.
We shall pose the question this way. What is the most influential image of the country. We can simply draw such image from the current outcries of the people. If I put it all in short, I will zoom into 3 personalities, in 3 separate realms with sort of 3 different looks. I hope 3 is a lucky number for now.
I think 3 is a good number. Just imagine a 3 equidistance points that will perfectly form a triangle. A triangle is always very strong and capable of projecting effectively. It is the smallest crowd, therefore confined.
I will not name the 3. I will let you explore on your own as I bring out some hints.
These 3 persons have the same image. If you put their 'attires' aside, they perfectly resemble one another. These 3 are the masters of 3 different knowledge or skills, again I will not name each of those. You need to do a little bit of research on your own. As each of the 3 influences is projected throughout the country, they fit almost instantly to what the people are craving for. Good values and virtues.
One is fighting for justice
One is fighting for 'true' democracy
One is showing good governance
The efforts carried out by these 3 to come together will be distorted by those who assumes power. Therefore these attempts to merge failed, as in a triangle. The 3 points would never come together, but they bridge into one another.
So do you think the bridges among the 3 are all been established? Do you think the latest bridge is the first bridge? Yes, you are right. The latest bridge is the third and the last bridge. The triangle is now formed and ready to move.
Who is the leader among these 3? None of them. Even if there will one to come up front, he is just putting up a show.
These are the 3 faces you've been seeing daily. Their influence is currently sweeping through the country, and it is a very good news.
...............................................................................
(I am still exploring the 4th person. It is the point not situated on the plane of the triangle. It is above, and same distance from each of the 3 triangle points. This will bring us to a 3 dimesional shape. It will be even more interesting as we explore into this next time around. If you are thinking that the 4th point marks the most powerful person in the country, you've been too quick to assume. He is not the most powerful person in the country although he might be in a key position.)

Roads Swept
The roads around this area have never been swept. As I was riding along, a few days ago, to my surprise, a few contractor workers were hastily sweeping the roads, off soil and dirt. This must be something new!
Well, not quite so. It meant that someone big must be coming around. That person will be transported along that road to some place. Permatang Pauh is not far and something is already going on there.
The trend has not changed. The roads will be swept as and when needed. Never mind the tax payers who are using it daily. Don't bother about the scattered nails and sharp objects that puncture many motorbike tires. But we need to put up the good show, only for the boss.

Education, Wealth
I had just received an invitation from a friend who is a google group owner. The group was formed to bring together the 1977-1981 old boys and gals of a school I have attended before. I joined the group for the old time sake. As I was doing it, it brought back the memories of those years.
It was a boarding school we attended, just completed its construction and the surrounding was pretty much covered with clay and mud. Back in those days, there was still ragging going around.
I worked hard to enter the school which was much dreamt by my parents and me. I thought and I told my mom when I was a kid, if I were to choose between being educated and being rich, I would choose to be educated. We were walking home together that day from a relative's house. We could see the school building as we walk and as we spoke.
It came true. I am not rich, but I do a lot of social work, helping kids from all races in their education. I earn a little out of it. I never regret.
My school-mates were mostly from rich families. Their parents would come and visit them by car. My dad was the only person riding a bicycle. I was not embarassed instead it became fuel. It helped propelled me to study, work and play harder. I achieved to an extent.
My friends, they took things a lot easier. They knew after school, they still had their parents wealth to back them up. As for me, I have to earn and build everything on my own. Not a single sen from my parents. Afterall, they were so poor.
I wouldn't cry. This is as far as I can go, yet I continue striving on for my kids and their success in education.
If only my dad kept his land away from my uncles, I would have something to start that business I have in mind right now. But, too bad. He gave it all away. He vowed, saying that education is all I got for you guys. That's the only wealth I got for you all. Well, thanks dad. You've been right. I never got over it.
Well, my friends wanted to get together. I would join them for sure. But there is a marked difference between them and me. Some of them can drive BMWs without having to work. I am okay with that but to some extent, being the one in my position, makes me feel somewhat inferior.
All my dad left me was 'education' that I have to look for, and fight for, up to this day in my life. I would spare some money for my kids though.

Feul Price Didn't Hurt Most People
The petrol price has long gone up, yet from my observation it does not seem to hurt that bad. At least not to the extent that I felt.
As I rode my bike back and forth between sending and fetching my kids, I saw as many cars on the streets. There has no been a sudden increase of motorcycles. Not to mention bicycles. Only foreign workers ride them.
It seems, most of us are making enough to sustain the increase.
I looked at those faces through the wind screens. They all appeared to be happy and smiling. So many of us that are so rich.
I went out at night. The discos and lounges were packed as usual. People were having drinks and I bet they are not cheap. They appeared to be happy. listening to the live band and playing pool.
So may of us made so much money. The price of those drinks would worth a week's meal for my kids, home cooked.
So many of us simply earned more to be spending around. The pool game's price can bring almost a week's worth of food for my kids.
I sat at a corner, I had no drink. I just went there to meet a friend. I thought to myself, if I were as rich as them, will I do the same?

New Breed PKR
A few of my long lost friends made it back here just for the sake of forming a PKR branch. We have not met each other for more than 20 years and what a way to reunite! They wanted me to become the secretary because they thought I can do the job, what a reason! I have kids take care of and odd jobs to slog through to find money. Yes, of course, I have plenty of time to write letters and take minutes of meeting.
I tried to probe into their reasons to forming a PKR branch. Afterall these are hardcore UMNO members, who did not do well in school, didn't listen to their parents and teachers. Education is like a enemy to them. Enough being away from KL for a week, his 9 years old daughter had not been to school for more than 2 weeks. Well, the father is busy with 'perjuangan'.
I got all sorts of answers from one of them who appeared to be like a little bit educated. He looked like one at least. But as I listened to his reasons, I had to ask him if he entered college or any U? He did not. No wonder, he did not define inflation right.
Finally, I got their reason to wanting to form a PKR in such a hurry. Of course we knew by now DSAI is going to contest in Permatang Pauh which is very nearby. However, they thought by doing that DSAI will pour them money and projects can easily be grabbed. So that does it.
Knewing that, I just threw them a remark. I asked them to pay more attention to their kids education rather than being so active in poitics with a hope that they will make a living out of it. I left soon after that and spend 2 sleepless nights. Reason? Malays are still Malays. They don't change after these years.
By the way, when they were here, they only spend their nights out, mostly karaoke lounges. They talked smart and they thought that since we are not living in KL, we are like 5 years behind.
So, I wonder if PKR knew this wind is blowing to their direction now. The core of corruption, the branches level.
