It has been very quiet and the silence majority gets even quieter. The fuel price came back down, not as low, but lower, much to the relief of many. Politics, well, you are the best judge as for now. I am taking it as if we are back to square one. Afterall, the crowd would not be that hard to tame, as far as Malaysians are concerned. We are pretty much absolute moderates. Lower fuel, lower commodity prices will pretty much put the crave for immediate change aside.
Well, except for one. A school kid got killed while chasing after a snatch-theif. This is one interesting news. The radios gave comments and most of them are like trying to make a 40 year old out of the kid. How could you do that? How could you stop a kid from doing that? He obviously didn't put too much time in weighing on priorities. Afterall, that's how kids are about.
Yet, no authorities are really digging in the cause of a sudden trend in snatching people's bag and handbags. There maybe reasons behind this phenomena that may relate to us all and our current situation. I am not going to do this analysis cause I am not paid to do so. I am paid to do other things. Well, like the Japanese said, ask five why's. I am sure there are many capable ones with plenty of training, countless engagement with the US, Japan, UK and even Israel, teaching all sorts of technics and mechanisms in defense and public order. Perhaps there is nothing taught by those 'great' countries because in their country, everybody has jobs, that they need not go snatching people's stuff all around.
